An earthquake jolted Northern Sumatra; tremors were felt in Kolkata, Guwahati and Chennai too. Tsunami alert has already been issued by USGS. So far, there have been no reports of damages. Tsunami warning has been issued around 28 countries. Epicenter of the earthquake has been reported off the coast of Sumatra.
